Yes! We only stock our goods from the officials distributors/importers. All licensed product are genuine. all designer products has authentic label.

How long does it take to received the goods?
we Dispatch orders every Tue. and Fri every week (unless publish differently) with Aus post.
The parcel will be deliver  according to Auspost time table to your area.

If there are any defective products, what is your policy?
If there is any defective merchandise on your order we will issue you a refund for the defective merchandise which will be deducted from your future purchase.

Is the stock in hand merchandise always available?
if we show a picture online we have the stock in hand. if the stock is temp. sold out we will contact you for replacement or credit/refund

What about customs?
All shipping costs to your destination including taxes and duties of your respected country is your responsibility. However, we have been in business for well over 2 years and we have not encountered any customs problems. Please email us for more information, or give us a phone call.
