How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes 2-5 business days to arrive with our express carrier such as DHL, UPS or EMS.

If I buy merchandise which needs to be produced, how long does it take?

It will take 7-10 business days to produce the merchandise. It will then take 7-10 business days arrive at your door. If item is in stock it will be shipped as soon as possible.

Is the stock in hand merchandise always available?

Due to the nature of our business and the high volume of sales we receive it is possible that even though an item is listed as “in stock” it may actually be out of stock.
